I am VERY disappointed that Pinocchios has stopped serving breakfast on weekdays at the Hover Street location. The fluffy omelets are superb and the opportunity for eating them only two days per week, which does not suit my schedule well, has subtracted quality of life from Longmont, indeed. If one now wants to eat one of these breakfast offerings on a weekday, one has to make the trip from Longmont to the restaurant at the interstate exchange at I-25 and Highway 52 in Frederick/Dacono.
Regarding lunch and dinner options, I wish the pasta entrees were made with homemade pasta as is done at Pinocchios' competition across town. -

Our party of four stopped by at 8:40pm on a Friday. They close at 9pm but we were welcomed and seated graciously. Service overall was incredible and we never felt rushed.
Pasta was amazing. Really enjoyed the balsamic dressing on the house salad.
Pro tip: get the pepperoni and cheese rolls. Deeeeelicious!!
We were also informed they serve breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. Will def be back to check it out! -

So I came in at 6pm. I sat at the bar... apparently I sat their for my health and not food and drink. I sat the for 20 minutes while the servers ran around me serving everyone at the tables. A server lady with a black hat and red hair looked at me, whispered to a server seever guy. Walked over to a tray with drinks, looked at me again, picked it up, than served it. Than she went back behind the bar. A couple walked in. She seated them.... no one said hello, may I help you, or excuse me sir we don't serve at the bar for some odd reason. Gondoliers treated me much better. I would like to comment on Pinocchio food, but no one served me. Meh their lost

We love the food at Pinocchio's but the service is terrible. Nice folks, but we rarely have less than an hour wait. At this point, I think we're giving up on this location.
